The Red Route Canyon Adventure is a downstram Tubing/Canyoning experience that delivers the complete package and is where the adventure began in Tsitsikamma almost 50 years ago. You'll get all the highlights including the Goesa forest, Witteklip & Storms River confluence the spectacular and otherwise inaccessible Narrow Gorge, Bat Cave and exit at the Storms River Mouth- previousely known as "Tsitsikamma National Park" now "Garden Route National Park-Tsitsikamma Section" is is certainly a highlight. Tube are used on the Storms River due to the many long pools for paddling vessles and they are light enough for portage over the many bouldering sections. This experience is somewhat similar to Canyoning without the need for rop acceess.
