Abseil down Table Mountain in Cape Town by Cape Town Abseil
A CAPE TOWN EXPERIENCE YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS! Step off Table Mountain at 1067 meters above sea level and abseil into mind-blowing space. Descending 112m down the side of a sheer cliff you will have Camps Bay, the Atlantic Seaboard, and the deep blue ocean at your feet with the Twelve Apostles at your side.
The Table Mountain Abseil is guaranteed to get your pulse racing. Included is all equipment and safety briefing. After the abseil, there is a pleasant 30 min hike, with amazing views, to get back to the top.

The overall experience will take about 45 min to an hour and includes: Signing and Harnessing up A Safety briefing Accessing the Abseiling site Doing the Abseil A pleasant hike back to the top Included in that time frame is the safety demonstration, harnessing up, doing the abseil, and a 30-minute hike to get back on top of the mountain.

Great activity to do while in Cape Town. Don't rush it and take it in as goes quicker than you think. Whole thing including walk back up takes about 45 mins.

Absolutely incredible experience for my wife Josette and I, and we would do it again in a heartbeat! An amazing time, always felt safe, and our pilots were excellent. This was a ride worth it, the views were stunning, and should be on everyone's bucket list when visiting Cape Town.
