Truely educational and delicious experience at Idiom wine farm. Our host was incredibly knowledgeable about the environmental influences on the wine and wine in different regions. The canapes were delicious and perfectly paired with the Idiom wine. The staff at Idiom were incredibly hospitable, went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and catered to all our requests. Lastly the farm is situated on the most beautiful mountain top overlooking Gordan Bay, spectacular views from the restaurant. I highly recommend A trip to the farm.

My friend and I had a wonderful and enjoyable experience at the Idiom Wine Estate. The staff was super attentive, knowledgable about the wine range and we were well taken care of. The canape pairing was well executed and the wines were sublime. We stayed and ordered dessert and had coffee on the balcony in soft chairs with beautiful views over the farm. I would recommend this experience and look forward to trying the macaroons next time!

The experience started long before I entered the restaurant. The narrow winding road en route to the restaurant is an experience on its own. The beautiful trees, the smell of the beautiful gardens..it is just incredible. Then you enter the restaurant and you realize that something special is happening..the atmosphere was just electrifying! Oscar met us at the door and took us to our table. When my bone marrow starter arrived I realized that I was in heaven!! The seafood dish that followed was perfectly balanced, well seasoned and just amazing..and then there was desert!! Oscar's knowledge and professional service was just amazing. English is my second language and I realize that I just don't have the vocabulary to describe today.. all I can say is thank you Idiom. 10/10
