We operate daily, just after breakfast, so you can start your day on a high note. We’ll pick you up from your accommodation and get the adventure started!
Because the weather can be a bit unpredictable in the desert, certain conditions (like extreme temperatures or storms) might affect the timing or availability of the tour. But don’t worry, we’ll always keep you updated, and we’ll work with you to find the perfect day for your tour! ️

Your adventure begins right where you are! We’ll pick you up directly from your accommodation in Swakopmund, ensuring a seamless and convenient start to your journey. From there, we’ll set off on an incredible journey through the desert, passing by breathtaking landscapes and unforgettable sights. And when the adventure comes to a close, we’ll safely return you to your accommodation—so you can relax, reflect on your day, and start planning your next adventure! ️

Please note that this tour is weather-dependent. While we strive to provide an unforgettable experience, certain weather conditions may impact the tour’s accessibility and overall safety.
Desert Conditions – We will be traveling through the Namib Desert, and temperatures can reach extreme levels, even during the winter months. Be prepared for hot and dry conditions, especially in the afternoons.
☔ Rain & Extreme Weather – In the event of heavy rain, extreme winds, or other challenging conditions, we may need to postpone or adjust the itinerary for safety reasons. Your safety and comfort are our top priority!
If the tour needs to be rescheduled due to weather, we will work with you to find an alternative date or offer a full refund.

Light, Breathable Clothing – The desert can get pretty hot, so you’ll want to wear light, breathable fabrics like cotton or linen to keep cool. But don't worry, we’ll still look chic while exploring!
Hat for Sun Protection – A wide-brimmed hat is your best friend when it comes to protecting your face from the desert sun. Plus, it’ll make you look like you just stepped out of a safari magazine.
Comfortable Pants or Shorts – Choose comfy pants or shorts that allow you to move easily. Whether you’re scaling a rock or enjoying the view, you’ll want to be ready for any desert challenge.
Comfortable Footwear – Closed-toe shoes or hiking boots are a must! These will give you the support you need while exploring the rugged terrain, and bonus—you’ll avoid getting any sand in your shoes!
️ Sunglasses – Protect your eyes from the desert glare with a good pair of sunglasses. Look cool, feel cool, and see the desert in all its beauty.

Comfortable Closed Shoes – You’ll be trekking through some amazing desert terrain, so make sure your shoes are up to the challenge! Bonus points if they make you look like a professional explorer! ️
Lots of Water – We’re in the desert, folks! Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Bring your own water bottle to keep that energy up while we’re out and about. Plus, you'll need something to wash down all the laughter!
Hat or Cap – Keep that sun at bay with a stylish hat! Whether it’s a safari hat or a funky cap, wear it with pride and protect that beautiful face of yours. ️
Sunscreen – Don’t let the desert sun get the best of you. Slather on some sunscreen and save your skin for more selfies and fun moments in the sand!
Light Jacket or Sweater – The desert can surprise you with cooler evenings, so bring a light jacket or sweater to stay cozy after a day of exploring under the sun.
Camera or Smartphone – This is a no-brainer! You’ll want to capture the stunning landscapes, the hilarious moments, and all the memories that will make you laugh for years to come. ✨
Insect Repellent – While the desert might not have a lot of creepy crawlies, it’s always a good idea to be prepared! Bring some repellent for peace of mind, and then go back to worrying about how many selfies you can take in front of that amazing view.

Tour Duration:
The tour lasts between 6-8 hours, depending on stops, exploration, and the lunch break.
Please ensure you are ready to enjoy a full day of adventure and discovery.
Group Size:
Our safari vehicle can accommodate 2 to 8 passengers.
For a more intimate experience, we offer 4x4 vehicles for up to 4 passengers.
Group sizes are kept small to ensure personalized service and attention.
Comfort and Safety:
We provide masks, fresh water, and soap for handwashing to ensure hygiene and safety during the tour.
Sanitisers will also be available in the vehicle for your convenience.
Health & Fitness:
This tour involves light hiking and some walking, particularly when exploring the rock formations and bushman paintings.
While the tour is suitable for most fitness levels, please let us know if you have mobility concerns.
What to Bring:
Make sure you bring plenty of water, a hat for sun protection, and comfortable closed shoes for walking.
A camera is also a must to capture the stunning scenery!

We’ll enjoy a light lunch along the way, and there will be plenty of opportunities to take in the breathtaking views,

For access to the Spitzkoppe area, valid identification documents are required. International Guests: Please ensure that you have your passport or national ID available at all times for identification purposes. This is particularly necessary when entering protected areas and national parks. Locals: Namibian citizens should carry their Namibian ID card for entry into the park. We recommend keeping your identification documents securely on you during the tour for easy access, as it may be required for park entry.

Exclusions

❌ Gratuities – Tips for your guide and driver are not included and are greatly appreciated if you’re happy with the service.
