Massage experience was good but after we asked to enjoy the pool or jacuzzi facilities we were told that the jacuzzi isn't working and hasn't been working for a while and when we asked for the pool instead we were told that it's dirty . People don't book your massage for 2k a couple to just dress up and leave after the 1 hour , it would've been nice to spend more time thereafter so please just ensure that these facilities are always available and ready when you know you have people booked for a spa with you guys
