The place is absolutely beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived at the gate. The Bellflower reception staff were warm and professional, the team that set up our picnic was helpful, and the waitresses at the restaurant provided great service. Unfortunately, the only disappointment was the cleanliness of the picnic area. It was very dirty and filled with litter from previous days. It didn't seem like any cleaning had been done for the new day, which really affected the atmosphere and our pictures. There were tissues, tomato sauce bottles, wine bottles, and other rubbish scattered around. We were travelling with toddlers who tend to pick up everything, so this was especially concerning for us. Aside from that issue, our experience would have been perfect.
