Ultimate 4x4 Sandboarding

You meet us outside the Permit office in the Parking lot of the Witsands Aquifer Nature Reserve

We transport you in and out of the dunes with our customized 4x4 vehicles

safety & training then 4x4 lift to the top of the dunes, you sandboarding down and get Driven back up Duration 2hrs.

R900 per person & R800 per person 12yrs and younger

This is the BEST way to sandboard, get driven to the top of the dunes in our customised 4x4 vehicle, get more sandboarding done without the hike up the dunes. Our friendly staff will assist you in training and perfectly wax your sandboard.

Transfer or Transport :

uBer , just search sandboarding cape town , takes just under 1 hour from the city of Cape Town ask the uBer driver to wait for you for transport back :)

Please note that the price excludes a sandboarding activity fee which you purchase yourself on arrival to the dunes

Sandboarding Activity Fees:

Adult 18yrs and older = R68,00 kids aged 3 to 17yrs, pensioners over 60 yrs and students with valid student cards = R42,00

Weather:

Sandboarding is a weather dependant activity and it does not take place in wet conditions or very high winds.

What to Wear:

Dress like you are going to the beach. Bring sunscreen, hat or cap, sunglasses to protect your eyes and xtra pair of sock to wear with our equipment as we have specialized barefoot snowboard bindings , the socks are just for hygiene purposes.

Things to bring:

Drinks – at least 1 litre per person, tip – freeze your water the night before (summer) Sunscreen Towel (to wipe off sand when leaving) Socks, bring an old pair of socks , we have amazing comfortable Bindings that dont require shoes, socks are for hygiene purposes. Sunglasses , protect your eyes from sand Dress like you going to the beach shorts and shirt vibe or leggings

Guests or Spectators:

A spectator is a person joining that is not participating in the sandboarding, the fee covers entry permits and transport in and out of the dunes. Spectators pay R150 per person

professional sandboards to suit all ages/sizes, Our friendly staff wax your sandboard and assist with instruction, Shade and 4x4 ride in and out dunes. We carry a first aid kit and have an emergency response plan in place. Entry Permits
