We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Jan. He was extremely informative and showed us amazing scenery, wild life and also gave us an insight into his work with the local community (Hope Foundation). We learnt so much whilst on our tour.

We did a full day Swartberg Mountain tour with Jan, and this was one of the best things we did in our 2-week trip to South Africa. The tour itself was everything we could have hoped. We did some hiking, and Jan took us to beautiful locations and captured amazing photos for us. For us, the real value was from the conversations we had with Jan throughout the day. I can't believe how much we learned from having his local perspective on the region and South Africa in general. He also gave me a lesson on how to brai (South African cookout that) and even helped me pick out some local wine and Karoo lamb to brai in the evening. Overall, Jan went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable experience, and I'd highly recommend the tour!
