We had an absolutely fantastic time on our very first safari in Addo Elephant National Park. Choosing African Sightings Adventure and Joel as our guide was more than just a stroke of luck. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the park, and we learned so much from him about the plants and animals. His passion for the park is evident, and he has a deep respect for both the wildlife and the environment. After a refreshing coffee break with a stunning view, we were treated to the next highlight: a traditional South African braai with homemade delicacies. Full and happy, we continued our journey and were able to spot a variety of amazing animals in different settings. Wir kamen mit dem Kreuzfahrtschiff am Port Elizabeth an. Joel hat uns direkt am Hafen mit zwei Kleinbussen (max. 10 Personen/ Bus) abgeholt. Der Tag war ein bunter Mix aus Tiersichtungen, Kaffeepause, Barbecue und erstklassigem Entertainment durch Joel (den drei Musketieren) und seinem Team. Wir haben nicht nur zahlreiche Tiere in Herden gesehen, sondern fuhlten uns auch den ganzen Tag (volle 10 Stunden lang) super gut unterhalten und verpflegt.

We had a great tour with Joel! He is very knowledgeable and so enthusiastic about nature! He also always made sure everyone is well and took all the pictures they wanted. The braai we had for lunch was great! We saw many animals in Addo, including Elephants of course. I would book this tour again any time :)
