Outstanding pre-booking service from Amber Williams who answered all my online questions promptly and efficiently. We have taken guests several times over the past 23 years we have lived in SA and I can commend the management who have, of late, improved the whole experience immensely. The reorganisation of the layout and presentation of the animals is now excellent and our guide Themba was both knowledgable and a fun raconteur. I rarely give reviews but in this instance a five star review would be appropriate Good job all round Bart
