Gunnery Arms & Ammo was established in 2015 as an arms and ammunition dealer in Somerset West, Cape Town. Since then, it has grown to include a firearm licensing centre managed by Gunlicence.co.za (located in the same building at 5 & 6 Melcksloot Village, Somerset Mall, Cape Town.
The new Gunnery Indoor Shooting Range will open in 2022 - it will offer you the opportunity to handle a range of firearms in a safe and controlled environment, whether you’re a sports shooter, a first-time gun owner or looking to do a fun shoot with friends.

Upon arrival I was met by very friendly member of the team by the name of Nicholas if I am not mistaken, he was very welcoming and knowledgeable as I had some questions also after my sessions he assisted me with viewing some firearms on display and answered some more questions I had around the firearms I was interested in. To the team at gunnery arms I would like to say thank you for the courteous service which creates a very welcoming atmosphere in your store. It is refreshing to receive such a high level of customer service from your establishment.
