Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to express our strong disappointment with the experience we had, which was unfortunately one of the worst experiences we have encountered. We faced significant difficulty locating the activity, as the location provided on your website directed us to the nature reserve rather than to the actual activity location. When we finally received the bikes, we found them to be in very poor and worn-out condition, and they were not functioning properly. As a result, we agreed with your team to cancel the activity. However, despite the cancellation, we have still not received our refund to this day. We kindly ask you to review this matter urgently and process the refund as soon as possible. Excellent quad biking experience on the beautiful Misty Mountain Reserve. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and moved at a good pace. The views over the ocean were breath taking.

The venue and setting is beautiful but the quad bike ride was a bit disappointing. One of the bikes started giving trouble right from the start (losing power and smoking) and the husband swopped with his wife. During the ride the guide's quad started giving trouble and she has to eventually abandon it and ride with another rider. The initial bike that gave trouble also had to be left on the way back and my wife's quad also stopped working on the way back (after the halfway mark). A van had to fetch the husband, my wife and the guide and return them to the starting point. The route is not that exciting, just driving between the cut tree plantations. I would have expected better quality equipment and maintenance on these from such a highly rated establishment. Those quad's are in need of replacement or overhaul's.

Enjoyed the views. My bike broke down 10min into the tour and we had to wait for a different bike. My pants was soaking wet as the seats arent covered when it rains therefor the seat soaked in water from the previous rain. Lovely tour guide...
