We had a relaxing bike ride with Abie. He, of course, told us a lot about the area around Franschhoek and the wineries. But also about the history of South Africa and the current situation in the country. A beautiful and educational day with tasty food and beautiful wines in between. Great day.

If you are thinking about doing this we would really recommend you do. Easy to use great electric bikes. Absolutely beautiful route on quiet back roads. Three vineyards for tasting. Not arduous & goes at your pace. Mande was really well informed, caring and friendly. It was our first day in SA so a great introduction.
