We called on Bike and Hike for a private guide to hike up Skeleton Gorge on Table Mountain. We are older walkers and generally do our own thing, but were slightly hesitant as my wife worries about heights and drops. Along came Mat, and he gave us a wonderful 7 hour hiking experience. He provided the confidence my wife needed to get over the rough spots. He is also very personable and pleasant to talk to also. Thank you for a lovely day Mat.

We had a wonderful day at Constantia, biking thru the vineyards and stopping at two amazing places for wine tasting, Klein Constantia and Buitenverwachting. The bikes were in excellent shape and Matt, our tour guide, was very welcoming and shared interesting information about the wineries and the area. II would highly recommend this tour from Cape Town (pick up and drop off was included)

Excellent biking tour with tourguide Abi! He showed us cape town and told us everything about the culture, the apartheid en the current situation. Very interesting and very friendly, he even took us back to our hotel!
