After a stop for lunch (own account), it's on to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, where you are able to ride the Funicular (own account) to the scenic viewing point where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet. The spectacular sea and mountain views are reason enough to make the 66km/41miles trip from Cape Town. Amid the rocky landscape - home to mountain zebra, eland, baboons and ostriches - blooms magnificent Cape flora.
* Clifton Beaches * Hout Bay & Mariners' Wharf * Boat ride to view seals (optional) * Chapman's Peak Drive/Ou Kaapse Weg * Cape Point * Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve * Penguin colony at the Boulders * Historic Simon's Town * Groot Constantia Wine Estate OR * Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens ###Hout Bay:### Approximately 1-hour stop-over will allow you to take an optional boat ride to view seals on Duiker Island. Lots to do ashore if you choose not to take the boat ride. ###Groot Constantia / Kirstenbosch option:### Due to time constraints on this day tour of Cape Town and its surroundings, both venues cannot be visited on the same day. Tourists generally consider Kirstenbosch as their first choice.

My sons and I enjoyed our time in Cape Town. The site we visited were great and we felt like we got at least a taste of all Cape Town has to offer. A big reason for our satisfaction was Songz. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. We connected with him very quickly and were very impressed. He provided a lot of context about the country, some of his experiences and how much he enjoys doing what he is doing. The only thing I wish we could have done is to visit Langa Township where he lives. I would have been willing to give up the stop at the penguin colony, but I think the only option once Table Mountain was closed was to forego going to Robben Island, and we didn't want to miss that. I would and have already recommended Camissa Travel to people I know.
