The Dolphin Discovery Cruise with Ocean Safaris starts and ends with an adrenaline beach launch into the sea, with 400hp motors, which will take you to some of the best spots along the coastline.
Other sightings during your dolphin cruise may include seals, pelagic birds as well as sharks, big fish, penguins and octopus in their natural habitat.
The purpose-built cat style boat has been designed to conquer the ocean without compromising on safety or comfort. A life jacket, water, raincoat and snack pack is included.

This was one of the highlights of our holiday. The crew were superb and we were lucky enough- it was not the season- to see a Bruda whale. We were also taken across the bay to the seal colony where there was an Elephant seal. We will do this cruise the next time we visit Plett.

Hello, Thank you for the opportunity to review the service. In our case, the Ocean Safari was cancelled because of rain and, even though we were promised a refund, it hasn't happened yet, 2 weeks later. How much longer do you think? Later edit: All is good, the refund arrived in the. The payment provider seems to have been the culprit.

We went on the dolphin cruise on Friday the 13th ;), but were lucky enough to see Bryde whales as well as the rare indo-pacific humpback dolphins. Knowledgable and friendly staff, modern & safe equipment and great driving. Our trip had been rescheduled twice due to weather conditions. I appreciated the communication of it as well as the fact, that they only go out when they're sure to be able to deliver a safe and comfortable trip. Sightings are of course never sure, but it's even a great trip just for the landscape and sea. The only confusion was the offices, as the two main companies offering tours are close to each other and the Ocean Safaris office was located in the wrong place on Google Maps. It should be fixed by now. We would happily go on a tour with Ocean Safaris again.
