Amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable, the venue was beautiful and we really enjoyed being so close to the animals. The gift hampers were a lovely surprise on the game drive. We did the game drive and the big cat feeding and had to leave for another appointment but will definitely be back to spend some time at the kiddies area and relax on the lovely lawns. Ample food and drink, parking not an issue and an overrall delightful experience. Definitely a place worth visiting!

The experience with my daughter was memorable. Everything was handled professionally. Myself and my daughter, along with my friends and their daughters had a wonderful time and we will definitely visit Vredenheim again .

Loved the whole experience. Especially my daughter enjoyed watching and feeding the animals on the drive. The game driver was very knowledgeable, we learnt so much. Absolutely loved the goodie bags for grown-ups and kids.

We had the most fabulous day. It was wonderful to see so many big cats in one place. Kayla who was guiding us through the feeding was very knowledgeable and entertaining. When we were at the leopard cage she was explaining how sneaky and dangerous they could be.....we could not see any leopard at that point....then when she threw the meat over the cage, it shot up and out of the grass....almost at our feet....and proved her point. We then went on our drive.....the staff at the ticket collection point were very organised and had our bags with different wine and then she agreed to try and make our lunch reservation.....we had asked on our booking form for lunch reservation but that was not picked up. The ladder up into the drawn waggon/bus was perhaps the only problem in the whole day.....it was not at all stable and was difficult to climb. Perhaps you could build a mounting block with proper steps and platform at the top to access the waggon. We all loved the old tractor. On the drive Kayla encouraged lots of questions and gave good explanations and she engaged with adults and children alike. We were given plenty of time to feed and interact with the deer and she made sure we could see all the different types and she pointed out the newly born fawns in their hiding spots. She showed us how to identify the "non obvious" differences between male and female zebra...it is nice to learn these tricks from people who really know about the animals. Afterwards we had lunch which was excellent and more of your lovely rose wine.....the staff in the restaurant were also excellent, bright & cheerful and the food was very good....we then walked around the gardens and returned to have another look at the big cats before leaving. All and all a most enjoyable day. Thank you.
