I think what you do is amazing and I commend you on all your hard work. Being in the Hospitality Industry I would suggest a headset with a mouth piece (mike) for whoever does the feeding tour. The group on the day had around 50+ people and I personally would have loved to be able to hear all the information on these big cats. Another suggestion would be tiered seating (like sportfield stands) to allow people to sit and watch these cats as it is truely fascinating to encounter them. Shade would have been fabtastic in the heat of the day...in winter from the rain. Not sure if bigger camps are possible but seeing their size I felt sad for them. Your Staff is an asset. Absolutely AMAZING people from the bistro to the restaurant to the ticket booth, a keeper and the lady who was our game drive guide...she is worth her weight in GOLD! She made the Game drive so personal...it was absolutely fantastic...the way she described the animals and each ones personality...its something that we spoke of afterwards as well...she is brilliant! The Elands coming to eat the food and walking behind the truck was precious! To the grumpy buffalo with a sore bum and the naughty zebras...absolutely brilliant. Our biggest compliments go to her. Thank you for a day we will never forget. We will definately return for a picnic. Well done and thank you for all you do to educate the public and to bring awareness.

My husband is a HUGE cat fan. It was my husband's birthday and I surprised him with a booking at the cat park. He was in awe of how massive and gorgeous the cats were. We absolutely loved every moment spent watching these curious cats. The best part was that there weren't many people present,so we basically had the entire visit to ourselves. The staff were absolutely awesome and the guide was extremely fantastic. We will most definitely be returning in future. Thanks so much Vredenheim Cat Park, you guys were amazing.

A very enjoyable day. Fascinating to see the big cats get fed and hear the background stories of how they ended up at Vredenheim. The game drive was great fun with a very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. Jessica and Jeff the elands were highly entertaining as they followed us around looking to be fed. Overall great value and a fun experience.

we did a game drive on a trailer pulled by a tractor. The staff were very friendly and informative and provided us with a free bottle of wine per couple for our journey (or to take home), along with free a wine glass each to keep (unfortunately not engraved with the estate name). we were also given samples of local cheese and biltong, in a nice memento shopping style bag, depicting the name of the wine estate. we stopped along the way to meet and feed the Eland in the park, which was good fun (just watch out for the large male who can be a little persistent when it comes to feed). the feed was provided free of charge for each passenger. we then went on to view the big cats being fed. again, the keepers were very friendly and informative. we did not sample the tasting or restaurant, but we did stroll through the gardens, which are beautiful with great views, and would be ideal for special occasions. all in all, it was a great way to pass a few hours and is well worth a trip, particularly given the estates close proximity to cape town.
