I loved your flow of check in and the process prior to boarding. Getting on board - the safety checks, everything being explained in detail and visual demonstrations. The crew really tried to enforce. But there was a little boy whose family refused to put his life jacked on no matter the earnestness of the crew voicing to the family... The swells were heavy, but overall - I really enjoyed it. The crew ensured everyone was safe and enjoying themselves. Helping those who became sick yet ensuring they are not ashamed or embarrassed. Thank you kindly for allowing us on your boat. I will def return, this of cause when the swells are not that heavy.
