Each of our bikes has been hand painted by a different local artist and therefore is unique! Our bicycles are Dutch-style, single speed, back-pedal, well-loved town bikes. Nothing fancy. Just wheels and pedals.

Here we specialize in peace, good food, happy people and a lot of beauty.

I have been in the tourism industry for more decades than I care to count and have employed many hundreds of guides, Marchelle ranks in the top 5 globally of the best guides that I have ever met. She is not only deeply knowledgeable about Montagu but her ability to weave this into stories is on another level. We are not cyclists and we wobbled and laughed our way around town. It was just the best fun. We had a 6 and 8 year old in the group and Marchelle pitched her story telling to them perfectly. This is a couple of hours they will never forget.

As I was the only person who booked for the time slot I was fortunate to enjoy an exclusive experience. My guide, Marchelle, is friendly and very knowledgeable about the town, its history and fascinating stories about the inhabitants. I met some of the Friends of the Museum, enjoyed coffee and milktart. When in Montagu again, I will book another tour to hear some of the stories once more. I absolutely recommend the Historic cycling tour through the town. Most enjoyable! Thank you Marchelle!
