We found the service to be very professional - we booked online for 16h00, and were advised that we have been moved up to 14h00. The information was given to us via WhatsApp, after we did not respond to either the phone calls or email sent to us. We were also given the reason for the change. Good communication! The trip itself was lovely, the boat neat and clean and comfortable. The views - spectacular. We will definitely do it again.
