The Crags can be found on the Garden Route and is just a short distance from the seaside town of Plettenberg Bay. This little spot is a popular destination with its wildlife sanctuaries, fishing and indigenous forests, pristine beaches nearby and exciting adventures such as this breathtaking kloofing experience.
The four-hour kloofing experience involves making your way down a gorge, following a river-course by abseiling waterfalls, optional jumps, wading, swimming through mountain pools and our unique rock-pool zip-line. It’s the ultimate way to combine passion for the outdoors and adventure whether you’re a complete first timer, novice or kloofing professional. My girlfriend and I took this trip in July 2014 and absolutely loved it. The staff were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and had brilliant senses of humour. Although we initially had some issues in finding avail abilities and making bookings online as soon as we called everything was sorted very quickly. We would highly recommend canyoning with Africanyon!

The trip was well-led and organized. Our guides were very safety conscious but also put a lot of work into making the trip fun, from their shenanigans to suggesting fun ways for us to jump into pools to group dances caught on video. I would highly recommend this trip.
