What an absolutely amazing adventure from start to finish! From front of house right through to the very end, the experience was exceptional. We made a small mistake with our original booking, but on arrival Essie was incredible. She assisted us with upgrading our booking effortlessly and with such genuine kindness. What stood out even more was how she put my 11-year-old daughter completely at ease---taking full control, ensuring she had the correct shoe size, and reassuring her in only the way Essie can. From there it was over to Debz and King Julian---wow, you guys truly rocked! Your energy, care, humour, and passion made the adventure unforgettable. I would highly encourage both adventurous souls and those who may be a little less adventurous at heart to give this a go. The care, the laughter, and the thrill of the experience were outstanding. A special mention as well to the amazing group we shared this adventure with. We challenged ourselves in ways we never thought possible, and thank you all for being on time and helping make the start of the adventure as smooth as it was. An unforgettable experience all around!
