Experience the thrill of getting to know one of Africa’s gentlest and most impressive mammals on this ultimate elephant experience in Hazyview. First, you’ll interact with the animals and learn more about them, before getting a bit closer when you climb aboard for a ride through the surrounding bush.
During the elephant experience, you can get off to walk with the elephant or to take photographs. Halfway through the elephant experience, you’ll stop for a delicious picnic lunch, which you’ll enjoy while you watch the elephants taking a mud bath in a nearby dam, one of their favourite pastimes.

On en sort avec une autre vision... ULTIMATE ELEPHANT EXPERIENCE : (1 820 rands = 135 €/ personne) peut sembler un peu cher, mais 2 heures avec les éléphants et repas en leur compagnie pendant qu'ils se baignent font vite oublier ce tarif... La promenade sur le dos de Tembo est exceptionnelle tant il impressionne par sa taille. Ainsi se terminer notre virée en Afrique du Sud et nous avons été enchantés par cette conclusion.

Amazing experience which give you the chance to come close to theese giant animals. The whole arrangement seems to be organized to suite the elephants. We also took the chance to eat lunch and then we had the posibillity to see the elephants enjoy themself in the small lake, which was fantastic. They were like children in a pool. This is a wonderful way of learning about Elephants really up close, this is a well organized facility and the caring that's exhibited towards the Elephants is very humane, the animals are at easy and none threatening We loved the Day and were sad when the time came to a close. will defiantly Visit again, highly Recommended.

We found the experience very interesting and informative. And very glad we did it. Riding the elephant was a little different. The lunch was very nice however there was a lot of food supplied as part of the lunch - in fact probably too much.
