Graskop
Scenic wonders abound in Graskop, and the rivers and mountains make it an adventurer’s wonderland.
A small forestry town on the edge of the Drakensberg escarpment, Graskop’s scenic peaks make for great abseiling, mountain biking and hiking. If hurtling down a mountain at a gradient of 45 degrees, reaching speeds of up to 100 km/h sounds intriguing, you ought to give ziplining a go.
The Sabie River makes for excellent white-water rafting and tubing (‘geckoing’), or you can explore Graskop’s surrounds on a guided quad bike, scrambler or horseback tours. Paintball and archery are available for some stress relief, and Graskop is close enough to the Kruger National Park for game drives.
Team building getaways, rugged mountain men, intrepid explorers and nature lovers.
