Blyde Canyon Safaris
Blyde Canyon Safaris, together with the Moletele community, offer scenic boat trips on the Blyde Dam.
This is your opportunity to see the famous Three Rondawels and the Blyde River Canyon from the angle it’s supposed to be seen: while you’re on the water, at the base of the towering mountains that form these breathtaking sights.
We are passionate about nature and preserving the few untouched pieces that remain in South Africa. We aim to offer everyone the opportunity to experience the beauty that the Lowveld has to offer. We run several activities and excursions and through our sister company, Blyde Adventure Camp, adventure and leadership camps for large groups.

We bring all our guests to the Blyde Dam Boat Cruise and everyone always thoroughly enjoys the experience. The staff are knowledgeable and great spotters for wildlife and birds that reside at the dam. Highly recommend!

Beautiful experience with friendly staff. Only 2 "critique" points - there's no shop (so take your water and snacks if you need to) I also understand that a shop might bring issues with baboons. So no shop is also understandable. - the night before, I was contacted to ask if I booked. Luckily the issue was sorted with no drama. Again: beautiful experience! I would highly recommend it as an activity when visiting the area

A delightful cruise. Our hosts were courteous, and knowledgeable as they shared with us the history of the spectacular scenery. They pointed out different birds and showed us hippo and crocs. An altogether thoroughly enjoyable trip, one that has already been recommended to others. Thank you.
