Dyer Island Cruises proudly offers a unique Marine Big 5 Safari in the picturesque fishing town of Gansbaai, nestled in the Overberg region. During whale season you may well see all 5, being, the Southern Right Whale, Great White Shark, Seals, Penguins and dolphins.
Founded in 2000 by Wilfred Chivell as the first-whale watching business in the region. Dyer Island Cruises is a leader in its field and has made great contributions to marine conservation as well as unrivaled knowledge of the marine eco-systems in the area.

We booked this tour in the hope we could see a whale even though it was out of season. It was s great trip, everything was explained to us at registration, and during the trip. The crew were all knowledgeable and it was a great experience. The boat eas good and was not at all over crowded. We did see a whale and one day we will return. Well worth it.
