Lloyd and the other amazing guides were welcoming and so knowledgeable. They were so. patient with me as I asked a zillion questions. It was just my friend and one family so it was a small group which made it quite nice. You can see the animals. have a strong relationship with their handlers. I am an animal activist, and volunteer regularly at an animal sanctuary. I have seen the good ones and bad. This is a great setup. This animals. are well. looked after. These tours help with the extremely high costs of care. The tour is a little over an an hour, they are well organized and move in a timely manner, yet they take. the time to answer all your questions and create a personable atmosphere. This is really a once in a lifetime experience and incredible for children as they learn and participate, not only look from afar like a zoo. highly recommend.
