Our first day in South Africa brought us on a tour of Soweto with Byron from MoAfrika Tours. What an amazing yet humbling experience. We saw the June 16th celebrations and then went on a tour of the residential areas. Sobello (another guide) took us around the area where he lives - tin huts, communal water taps and electricity which is hooked up illegally from the main electricity lines (This is relatively new and Byron told us how he would do homework by candlelight!). I admire these people who are doing all they can to improve their lives and get an education. They taught us an important lesson: "Don't blame the darkness, light a candle". An amazing tour. Well recommended.

Excellent experience with Mo Afrika Tours I used for both Pilanesberg and Pretoria tours with Sonny and Marc. Easy booking and confirmation, trip well organized, safe driving, punctual (both to go and return) and with very good energy and good explanations and advice regarding the activities. I had 2 great days and would definitely recommend and try other tours with this agency.

Our guide Khutso was on time and very personable. He shared so much knowledge. We visited all the highlights, and our experience in the village was great to see. We loved seeing the children happily singing and dancing. The Hector Peterson museum was interesting as well. A great half day tour and guide! Highly recommend it. Thanks MoAfrika for showing us Soweto!
