Mankwe Gametrackers Outdoor Adventures / Tours & Transfers began in 1979, and offers guests the opportunity to explore the Pilanesberg National Park. This wildlife reserve, situated in the crater of an extinct volcano, can be explored with balloon flights, game drives or even on foot! You’ll have a chance to see an incredible range of wildlife.
The park is home to the Big Five – lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephant – and you’ll find 49 mammal species, 39 different reptile species and 394 recorded bird species. Mankwe Gametrackers Outdoor Adventures / Tours & Transfers also offer quad biking trails, archery, clay target shooting, transfers and more from Sun City resort, for truly memorable experiences.

Godfrey did an exceptional game drive where we saw 4 out of the big five. He strove to make sure we got as many sightings of rare animals as possible and made sure the group were in agreement to prioritise the rarer game sightings (the collaboration between rangers helped make this happen). This was definitely one of if not the best game drive I've been on considering the scale of animal sightings. Lions (2 sightings even), Rhinos (an incredible number), Elephants, Buffalo, Kudu, Impala, Hippo, Giraffe and Warthog. He also gave educational snippets where appropriate and provided facts I never knew based on context such as an injured giraffe possibly being caused by a termite mound. Overall a fantastic game drive!

We had the most incredible experience on our hot air balloon ride! It was my first time ballooning, and the whole team made us feel at ease for the whole trip! The views were incredible, our pilot had tons of cool facts about the park we were flying over, and our landing was SO SMOOTH! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Juju was our tour guide and how knowledgeable she was. She the communication of the guides enabled us to get to places others had spotted some of the big 5 animals. She we saw all except the leopard. The sun was setting on our game drive and to see it was superb. The whole family had a great time. Thank you for a wonderous experience.
