Mankwe Gametrackers Outdoor Adventures / Tours & Transfers began in 1979, and offers guests the opportunity to explore the Pilanesberg National Park. This wildlife reserve, situated in the crater of an extinct volcano, can be explored with balloon flights, game drives or even on foot! You’ll have a chance to see an incredible range of wildlife.
The park is home to the Big Five – lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephant – and you’ll find 49 mammal species, 39 different reptile species and 394 recorded bird species. Wow! What an amazing experience we had in the hot air balloon flight. Every detail was amazing. Our pilot was awesome and made sure we had an excellent flight and we were able to see everything. She provided a great landing - we were in awe! Our driver from the Lodge and back was also very informative and took his time to show us a few things along the way. Also the balloon crew worked so hard to provide a great flight. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting!

We had a fantastic time on our 3hr morning game drive - it was our first time doing a safari and I was travelling with my daughter (3 years old) so I was a little nervous that she might get bored or be a little disruptive as I'd never done this before, but I had no reason to worry! My guide was really lovely, she filled the gaps as we were driving around the national park with some really interesting information and facts about the park and the animals, and doing the early morning drive we were able to see lots of wonderful animals and really up-close too! It was such a great experience, thank you for having us!
