Very smooth and easy booking process on their website with instant confirmation. We had a good meal at the restaurant before the cruise started (don't skip this part-their food is delicious!). The cruise itself was nothing short of amazing. The views are incredible, especially from the top of the sand dunes. The sand dune hike sounds a bit scary at first, but trust me it is the best part of the cruise. Will definitely be going back for sand boarding. We had a lovely guide who was very friendly, and we enjoyed some good music and danced a little on our way back. All in all 10/10. Highly recommend!
