Nyosi Wildlife Reserve is a pristine nature and wildlife reserve located at the heart of what conservation icon Dr Ian Player once identified as the "new wilderness frontier".
Nestled by urbanisation and set within an expansive 2 500-hectare land parcel, the reserve is made up of five of South Africa’s nine indigenous biomes sprawling across rolling and picturesque plains and valleys; lands which host a natural sanctuary to an abundance of wildlife, plains game and birdlife.
Fresh fynbos-scented air, a picture-perfect scenery, and free-roaming wildlife all come together to provide a unique indoor/outdoor experience for visitors of all ages.

The dish was beautifully presented with a modern, elegant touch that immediately stood out. The pork belly was perfectly cooked---tender and juicy with a rich, flavorful glaze, complemented by a crispy crackling that added a satisfying crunch. It paired wonderfully with the smooth, creamy mashed potatoes and a vibrant mix of vegetables that were cooked just right. While the portion leans more toward fine dining than a hearty serving, the balance of textures, taste, and presentation made it a memorable and enjoyable 2-course experience.
