We visited for the giraffe experience, and it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything was seamless. The team was incredibly helpful every question I had in preparation was swiftly answered and with such friendliness. I truly appreciated how responsive and accommodating everyone was. We had a great time and our European guests a wonderful African experience. For myself, born in South Africa and with many Kruger, Etosha and Chobe visits under the belt, it was not quite as exciting. The service was attentive at all times and the meals were excellent. Compliments to all the staff. The game drive was perhaps a little too fast at times, trying to squeeze everything in to make all the guests happy and to show them as much as possible.
