I recently brought my family, who were visiting East London from Durban, to enjoy the giraffe interaction and it was truly unforgettable. Interacting with Abby and hearing her rescue story as a baby made the experience so special, and our guide was both engaging and knowledgeable throughout. The front office team also deserves recognition. Hannah in reservations was incredibly kind and patient, answering all my questions with warmth and professionalism, which set the tone for our visit. This was a wonderful experience that left us with lasting memories, and I would absolutely love to return again.
