The service, food, staff and establishment were all excellent. The views over the Knysna heads are incredible and the food was plentiful and delicious. A lot of money has clearly been spent on the restaurant, and it is really beautiful. The only downside, and it is a big one, is that there is almost no indigenous bush left on the nature reserve. The whole area has been taken over by Rooikrans with no evidence that this plant is trying to be controlled. That was very disappointing. I hope something can be done about it at this late stage.

We were looking for something different to do in Knysna, and this definitely did not disappoint. The boat was not as nice as some of the other boats docked, but that didn't damper the experience. Guide was knowledgeable about the area. Guided walk was nice and easy - even our kids enjoyed it. Views were beautiful, and don't even get me started on the amazing spread that gets laid out for you. All in all a lovely experience my family and I will not forget.
